Uber Offers 50% Discounts On Pub Journeys In Bid To Increase Taxi Usage

In a bid to support both the hospitality and ride hailing industries as lockdown eases, Uber are offering discounts on journeys to pubs all across England for 30,000 users.

How do passengers apply this discount?

When booking a trip, passengers should enter the promo code THEPUBAWAITS before selecting and confirming their journey.

Is this offer available across the UK?

No, this offer is currently only available in England.

Can a passenger use this discount to go to any pub they want?

No. As of now, users can choose one of 150 selected pubs. Scroll below to find a list of pubs where this offer is valid.

Does this discount apply for home journeys?

No. This discount can only be applied for journeys to the pub, and not for home journeys.
